Counterpoint with the ASO: America @ 250: Copland + Barber

The Tenth partnered with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra for Counterpoint: America @ 250, an evening where music, conversation, and community meet. Guests attended the ASO’s America @ 250 performance, featuring acclaimed violinist Randall Goosby, whose expressive playing and early start in music have made him one of the most compelling voices of his generation.

The program celebrated the breadth and complexity of American musical traditions through landmark works and contemporary interpretation. Following the performance, Counterpoint ticket holders were invited to a post-concert reception hosted in partnership with The Tenth, creating space to gather, reflect, and connect around the ideas stirred by the music.
